The storm

The storm is raging like a gorilla

Terrifying and dangerous.

Running through the wind mills across the landscape,

Like a giant shadow. Stomping its feet making the ground shake.

It punches through the trees with its arms.

Climbing the houses with his legs and arms, 

It rages at everything it wont stop.

Crashing, snorting and raging,Clumsy, wild and furious.

Boat

for the last three days we have building boats with our teacher

and learning about refugees this is my rescue boat.

Escaping our country

Escaping Our Country - by Kade

 When I was 8 years old I had to leave my country. My name is Kare and this is my story. It was a sunny day everyone was playing outside until I saw some planes. I saw like about twenty plane’s and saw some people gliding down my mum and dad told me to pack precious stuff. So I packed heaps of clothes and toys and some teddys. I asked if I could bring my NFL ball but my mum said no how about my money I said she shook her head. I packed both of my bags and I jumped out of the window and we all biked to the barn and ran up the hill.I said to my dad why didn't we go on the quad my dad said we will look suspicious son. We walked for 10 hour up and down the hills. I was tired but I kept going. Finally we got to the boat everyone was trying to squeeze in my mum and dad were squeezing me it was annoying. It started to rain when we left and our country looked disgusting people as we were trying to get off the beach hours later we were in the middle of the ocean I was asleep and my mum woke me up just when the boat flipped everyone tried to flip it over It took 5minitutes to flip it over and I notice there were less people on the boat I found my dad but not my mum. I reckon mum drowned and said dad I wanted to cry but I was too scared.

Holiday building house to

In the holidays my dad has been building another house on our property.

When my dad's finished it my family might go on holiday to New Plymouth. My Nan will be staying at our house and we will be using my Nan's caravan.

When we get back holiday My dad will be Renting the house and I will doing jobs around the house.

Under the house there's going to be a storage room for bikes lawn mower and other stuff  and the house is going to be 2 rooms  and and 2 bathrooms

Otaki

Otāki is an amazing place. there are two towns in Otāki. has heaps of shops and cafes and fish,n chip shop.

 Otāki  has an amazing beach parks everything.

Otāki has really good weather and there's a domain and heaps of basketball courts and more.  

Otaki has amazing schools it is small town with heaps of shops.

there not much farm but theres still so much animal.

There's always going to be a house for you.

Eel Catching

Today I went eel catching with my brother and cousins when we where leaving  we went on the back of the ute. we got to the block where there was a creek. I got a hay bale down to feed the cows and they came straight away. my dad got heaps of old meat and he tied it to some string and we all got one each. my dad was going to fix the fences. My brother caught an eel first but it didn't stay on land that long I didn't get one in ages. My cousins got heaps of eels and one of them fell when they were trying to catch one. My brother got heaps but he stopped doing it. We did some parkour and Tumoana and Malachi nearly fell in and I landed on my arms and it was sore as. we kept catching eels for 1 hour in the same spot then we started running around with the bait in our hands then we found a big as spot.we all chucked our bait in then a eel came up it came to Malachi's one first and bit it he pulled it out and fell back in and Malachi fell in a hole he got annoyed so then he named the eel Matiuu. Tumoana done the same then Matiuu went some were he went under some grass and we thought it was his home he came back out and Tumoana and Malachi let me try and catch one. I got one but then it fell back in we had a few more try's then went back home.

I Killed a Chicken Part 2

I actually killed a Rooster this time but I didn't kill it. 

So my dad built a chicken tractor and we all had to get the chickens and put them in there we got all of them except the rooster we had two other rooster's.

my dad  took the chickens to our other farm block we let them out in the paddock and left them there.

We had to shoot it other wise it would be wild and it would roam around and nobody wants that

and it won't lay eggs so my dad shot it we put it in the bag and drove down to feed the eels we got a rabbit that our cat caught too.

we put the rabbit and rooster on a piece of string and put it in the creak the eels were biting the rabbit but not the rooster and my brother caught an eel on land twice. the eels didn't bite the rooster at all.

What I do in Lockdown

What I do in lock down

 I go out side and feed the calf's and rabbits. Let the dogs off

I play catch then I take a walk or run. I Watch TV For a bit. Do school work play games 

then do some Archery with dad. 

do some hill sprints or go for a run do 2 workouts then some stretching 

I do some farm work then play more catch

go under the house with the cat for 1 hour.

I play with Lego or do some drawing

eat dinner then watch a movie.

then when Its dark we go Rat hunting

then watch the rest of the movie then bed.
